Terms and conditions
These terms apply to distance contracts concluded in the munditiastudio.com shop between the seller and the buyer under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or the provision of services under a distance contract.
This is a translation, provided for convenience. The Slovak version of these terms is the binding one — it is written to Slovak consumer law, and it is the text that applies in any dispute.

1. The buyer
The buyer is a consumer, that is, a natural person who, in concluding and performing a consumer contract, is not acting within their business, employment or profession. A purchase made by a business is governed by the Commercial Code No. 513/1991 Coll.
2. The order and the conclusion of the contract
Sending a completed order is treated as a proposal to conclude a contract under the Civil Code, on the basis of the seller's offer in the shop. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
3. Prices
All prices in the shop are final and include all taxes. The seller is not a VAT payer. The price of a product does not include delivery. Delivery is shown in the bag before the order is completed, where the buyer also sees the total price of the order including delivery.
4. Payment
The seller accepts payment for ordered goods in the following ways:
- online card payment through the payment gateway,
- payment by bank transfer.
5. Delivery
If no delivery time is stated with a product, the seller will deliver the goods within 30 days at the latest. The usual delivery time is up to 14 days. Where payment is made in advance, the seller dispatches the goods only once the payment has reached the seller's account.
The goods are considered taken over by the buyer at the moment when the buyer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes over all parts of the ordered goods, or, where a) the goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, at the moment of taking over the goods delivered last; b) goods consisting of several parts or pieces are delivered, at the moment of taking over the last part or the last piece; c) goods are delivered repeatedly over a defined period, at the moment of taking over the first delivery.

Complaints procedure
1. Liability for defects
The seller is liable for defects the goods had at the time the buyer took them over. For products sold at a reduced price, the seller is not liable for the fault for which the price was reduced. Unless the goods are perishable or second-hand, the seller is also liable for defects that appear after the goods are taken over, during the warranty period.
2. Warranty period
- For new goods the warranty period is 24 months from the day the buyer takes them over.
- For goods made to order the warranty period is likewise 24 months.
- If a period of use is stated on the packaging or in the instructions, the warranty period does not expire before that period.
3. Making a complaint
- The buyer may make a complaint at the seller's registered address.
- Where a warranty service is available, the complaint is made there.
- Proof of purchase is enough to make a complaint.
4. How a complaint is resolved
- If the goods have a remediable defect, the buyer is entitled to have it removed free of charge, in good time and properly.
- If the defect cannot be removed and prevents the goods being used properly, the buyer has the right to an exchange or to withdraw from the contract.
- Wear caused by ordinary use is not a defect.
5. Time limit for handling a complaint
- The seller determines how a complaint will be resolved immediately, and in complex cases within 5 working days.
- A complaint must be handled within 30 days of being made at the latest.
- If that period passes without the complaint being resolved, the buyer is entitled to an exchange or to withdraw from the contract.
6. Withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason
- The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods.
- This right does not apply to goods made to measure, nor to goods in protective packaging that has been opened.
- The seller returns the payment to the buyer the same way it was received, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal at the latest.
7. The buyer's obligations on an exchange or a refund
- The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
- If the buyer has used the goods beyond what was necessary to establish their properties, they are liable for the reduction in their value.
How to return an item
- 1.Fill in the return request form — the e-mail on the order and the order number are enough. You choose the pieces you are returning and the reason.
- 2.We'll e-mail you with instructions for sending the item back. Please wait for that reply before you send the parcel.
- 3.Send the goods within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract, through Packeta, to Munditia Studio, s. r. o., L. Novomestského 21/10, 036 01 Martin.
- 4.Put the order number or a copy of the invoice in the parcel so we can match the shipment to your order.
- 5.We'll return the money the same way it was received, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal at the latest.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
